Ich hatte Irrtümlich ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Service wurde die Buchung auf ein Einbettzimmer geändert. Dennoch wurde dem Quartier 15% Gebühr für das Zweibettzimmer verrechnet.

The room is very clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly.

My luggage was heavy. And there is no lift. But it's understandable as it is an old house.
