Hotel Plank

We travel quite a bit (this is our 4th time in Italy) and Hotel Plank is easily the best place we’ve stayed! Mostly due to the incredible hospitality!! We had a long trek on public transportation to get to San Martino and I almost cried when we arrived and they told us they upgraded us to a suite with a balcony and mountain views (shoulder season perks)! But it didn’t stop there—Every single interaction was warm and welcoming, whether it was helping us with the bus schedule or dinner recs or laundry. They always remembered our room # and greeted us by names. One night, I added a couch pillow to the bed because mine was a little flat and when we came back from our hike the next day, house keeping noticed and replaced it with a second pillow without me even asking. The tiniest details can make you feel so special! On top of that, the location is amazing!! It’s just at the edge of town so it’s very quiet! You get unobstructed views and all you hear are the sounds of cow bells. It was an easy walk to the main area of town/bus station/gondolas and a quick ~15-20 min ride up to Passo Rolle. We LOVED our stay and can’t wait to come back someday! GRAZIE MILLE!

La struttura è situata in una bellissima posizione panoramica, abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo hotel, siamo stati benissimo anche grazie alla meravigliosa accoglienza che i titolari ci hanno riservato.

Hotel in posizione fantastica appena fuori dal centro paese, immerso nella natura e di fianco al lago. Cena ottima così come lo staff e l'accoglienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Niente, tutto perfetto.

Meraviglioso soggiorno di quindici giorni. La vista delle Pale di S. Martino uno spettacolo. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal centro e comoda per raggiungere l'inizio di molti sentieri.La camera spaziosa, pulitissima ed arredata con gusto. La colazione a buffet assolutamente perfetta varia, gustosa, con prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità. Il personale accogliente, gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff ed in particolare a Noemi, un vulcano di simpatia e Tommaso per professionalità e cortesia.

Personale gentile, disponibile e pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Camera spaziosa e pulita. La posizione dell'hotel leggermente dislocata dal centro paese al limite del bosco è stata molto apprezzata per la pace e la tranquillità. Nonostante ciò si raggiungono facilmente i sentieri e tutti i servizi. Super consigliato!!
