The attending staff was friendly and patient in sorting out my room

Wifi was advertised as one of the facilities available in the hotel however upon asking the staff, i was told that the wifi is only available in the reception area and not in the room which was very disappointing. Air con was only barely cooling the room despite my best effort with the settings.
