The host's nature is excellent, and the surroundings are really tranquil.

The rooms are squeaky clean and spacious. Hats off to the staff for maintaining the rooms so well. The hosts Pratibha & Vijayan Nair are welcoming, thoughtful & helpful. Awas beach is just an 8mins walk away. The property has a little lawn to play badminton & a carom board. We had a peaceful & serene stay here. The meals were tasty and perfect for the 2 of us. Vijayan Sir recommended a lovely place for dinner. Both of them are always available on the phone and ever ready to help. We would definitely recommend this place for a weekend stay.

Very calm and peaceful place with a friendly service..food was on pre-order only but very home cooked so better ...

There was some misunderstanding abt GST being added to the actual amount told by booking site..the owner says this problem always occurs..we had to pay GST amt over and above the amt by booking site

The place was so serene, beautifully amidst nature... just what we wanted. The hospitality was top notch. Amazing amazing food. Awesome parathas.

Awas is pretty far from major locations but that is what brings it closer to nature and peace.

Good host and comfortable stay

The location is great, rooms are neat and clean, the property is well maintained. The hosts are warm and welcoming. The lake next door is nice, the property has nice trees. The hosts were so kind to offer us tea twice. Although the property doesn't have a restaurant or food service, they suggest nearby places for dine in and delivery and also provide cutlery.

1) Extremely clean and hygienic rooms. 2) Tasty Home made Breakfast. 3) Beautiful scenery all around. 4) Bisleri water. 5) Enough Space for Parking. 6) Close to the beach. 7) Kid friendly atmosphere. 8)Carrom board, hammocks, books for engaging kids. 9) Economical rates. 10) A lake nearby as well. The owners were extremely hospitable. They even suggested good eateries nearby. They served us some mangoes from their own orchard which were delicious. Loved loved loved the place. Would definitely go there again.

Food and ambience was not as per expectation, pictures on website does not match with reality so disappointed

Property is neat and clean and located in an isolated, cozy place.

Its super expensive for a home-stay, both food and stay. Moreover, the hosts are quite particular about eating outside the room, no matter how hot it is outside. It was a typical summer day at Alibagh and having to eat and drink outside the room, with no AC was a pain! Wouldn't recommend to visit this homestay during Summers.
