The staff impressed me the most. They are what makes this place truly special. Of course, the hotel itself is beautiful, carefully designed and thoughtfully decorated down to the smallest details, but it was the staff who really won me over. They make you feel as if you have come home. That is what separates a good hotel from all the others.

Everything. An absolutely fabulous stay from arrival to departure. A very warm welcome with a little complimentary arrival drink then a chat with staff about all the facilities and what to do in area. We had the 5 course taster menu with wine pairing on our first night. Exceptional. The hotel is beautiful. The location is stunning, but its all credit to the staff who make the whole experience so good. Every member is lovely, welcoming, helpful and friendly. So knowledgeable about their country and produce and happy to chat! Hopefully those who expressed a wish to travel to our home, Scotland, make it and we hope they have as wonderful a time there if they go as we have had here.

The management organisation should be improved. Good will is not replacing efficiency and training of the staff

Vše bylo prvotřídní. Místo, celkový design hotelu, jídlo - ale hlavně jeho tým. S tak skvělým přístupem k hostům jsem se ještě nesetkala.
