Beautiful quiet location a short bus ride from the centre of York. Very tranquil and relaxing surroundings with wildlife all around. The lodge was immaculate and the Bumblebee theme made it feel even more special.

Having somewhere on site to by essential groceries like bread and milk would have been helpful, but the local village is only a short drive or 30 min walk so it wasn't the end of the world.

Everything! It was perfect. Especially loved how well equipped the lodge was. You have thought of everything!

The double bed was quite uncomfortable. This was more of an issue for my partner who didnt sleep very well due to this.

Everything was just perfect it was clean, everything you needed it was there, the lodge itself was beautiful could not of wished for anything more the hot tub was the icing on the cake 😀😀😀
