"Made feel very welcome for News Years hiking trip!"

10.0

Centrally located at start of Pennine Way with easy access to multiple hiking routes minutes from Edale train station. Accommodation was right beside the Nags Head with a great menu. Staff were just amazing - Mrs Doyle especially! Accommodation was always warm as the cold weather came in.

At a push maybe few more basic kitchen items would have helped - we didn’t like dragging dirty boots & gaiters inside.

"A fantastic place to stay to well and truly get away from it all."

10.0

Location was super - everything close at hand - the train station was just a short walk down the lane - two pubs and two cafes to choose for food - a well stocked shop over the road if you wanted to cook for yourself - the fabulous walks literally on your doorstep - a beautiful church to walk round and great weather!

The fact that we only had a short stay;-(
