"Decepcionante. Una experiencia muy incómoda"

La ubicación y los servicios están bien. La disponibilidad y la atención antes de llegar al alojamiento estuvieron bien. Nos facilitaron varios de los servicios y actividades que queríamos realizar en Bahía Drake.

Hemos terminado muy descontentos con nuestra estancia en este lugar. Nos encontramos un escorpión y varias cucarachas en la habitación. Entendemos que el escorpión, debido al lugar en el que nos encontramos, se pudo colar desde fuera y fue un desafortunado incidente. Las cucarachas nada tienen que ver con la biodiversidad de esta península, como nos dijeron desde el alojamiento. Permanecimos dos noches en la habitación con cucarachas y al tercer día fuimos nosotros los que tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran de habitación. Lo hicieron sin problema, pero nos pusieron en la habitación contigua.

Struttura comoda, nella via principale di drake bay ma all’interno quindi silenziosa. Camere spaziose, buono spazio condiviso, quindi si può anche cucinare

Very fiendly staff. They came to pick us up at the port (beach). We could always tell them when we would like our breakfast (early in the morning - 5:20). Room is OK. Everything you need for such stay.

The owners/ family was super friendly. They were really cute and supportive. Did breakfast early in the morning when we needed it, picked us up and dropped us off from the boat. They are really the big plus. The room was average, bathroom is not the newest.
