Bardzo dużo przestrzeni udostępnionej do wspólnego korzystania, poszczególne ogródki dobrze odgrodzone od pozostałych wysokim żywopłotem, cisza i spokój.

Trzeba być przygotowanym na bardzo dużą ilość komarów, ale w oknie jest specjalna siatka, w pokojach dostępny środek na komary do kontaktu, trochę za małe poduszki do spania.
