Location, near the river

Very very difficult to find property, no sign boards of the hotel, no boards at all and one local finally recognized it by the picture of the hotel uploaded on booking.com, no directions available on booking.com. To many cockroach in the bathroom, incl. breakfast contained a little coffee only, surrounding of property is dirty. This property could have great potential if properly maintained and managed since the location is nice.
