Great location. The food at the restaurant was pricey but good.

When we stayed here, there was a group of about 50 10-year-old kids, and their ski instructors who were staying there at the same time. We had no idea this would be the case. If we had our own bathrooms and if the sound insulation had been better, this might not have been so terrible. However, all of the showers are shared, all of the bathrooms are shared the common spaces are extremely echoey and loud, And the kids were horrible. When trying to shower (each time), there was a crowd of rowdy kids banging on the doors of all of the showers. The yelling and banging lasted each day from around 3pm to 10pm. Even the teachers, whose room was next to ours (and again with terrible sound insulation), were talking loudly up to midnight. This was not a relaxing experience. The hotel may not have responsibility for the behavior of the kids, but they chose to have both a camp and normal clients at the same time without informing either. Consequently, this was really not a chill holiday in the mountains. It was a harrowing experience of little sleep where we were eager to leave (!).

The location is great. The view is stunning.

Cleanliness and all the staff service minus two members of the management, the manager and his assistant were very bad.

The management doesn’t have a clue about customer service and how to speak or relate to customers. For example I was asked to pay city tax for a 3 yo boy when kids don’t have to pay city tax until six yo. That was asked me for 4 days even if I gave the reassurance that I would pay, if needed, at the checkout. The whole communication was very bad and rude. The place doesn’t have any social area to spend time, you need to sit at the bar/restaurant so you’re just forced to consume if you can’t go anywhere else.

Location is perfect! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Family room is spacious. Shared bathroom was clean.

The family room needs a few more places to hang wet clothes after a day of skiing. A few more hooks on the wall, or shelves to store shoes/clothes would be helpful.

Amazing mountain views. Very helpful and kind staff.

No soap and shampoo in the showers.
