Treehouse Tulum H2Ojos

This place is stunning , the views from the observation tower are amazing and you can see lots of birds around. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay comfortable, the host was amazing and so helpful with anything we needed. Lots of care has been taken to harmonise with nature and not pollute the area which is wonderful. Just far enough out of town to enjoy some peace but close enough to drive 20 mins to shops and bars. We would love to stay again in the future ! Thank-you

One thing I would say is bring some earplugs for night time, as you can hear people moving around and talking because it’s a wooden structure, noise travels easily. But I wouldn’t say it’s a negative just a pair of earplugs will help with this

The feeling of living in the jungle. The host Julian is incredibly nice and helpful. The lodge is very beautiful and unique.

This is NOT a treehouse and the property is right on the main gravel road, not nestled in the jungle. It’s a wooden building with great windows but overlooking the main gravel road. While the host is lovely, we felt this was very much overpriced, while being a basic room, with a shower that was very low pressure and lukewarm water. The structure runs on solar power and it was cloudy that day…

Amazing place in the middle of the jungle. The most pleasant hosts that are atuned to their guests needs and interests and have been so amazingly accommodating. They did much more than we had signed up for and didn’t even charge for it. Mauricio and Julian are the nicest people we have met in all of our stay in Mexico.

Nothing at all not to like! May be it would be nice to have a bit of hot water.

You are in the middle of the jungle, in a beautiful wood cabin. All facilities available, and quite beautifully set. A highlight is the observation tower.

This is geared towards nature lovers. You have many attractions and activities nearby but they're not included. It is located inside a park, and you reach it through a dirt road. I didn't dislike this but other persons may

observation tower was great for watching the birds (and we saw tucans two times), the owner is very friendly and helped us with tours and questions, the design is very nice and you have everything there to relax, many cenotes nearby

beds are a bit small but there were 2 so we just decided to sleep separately also we were quite reasonable but it would be good to have a note in the kitchen or bathroom about limited electricity and water pressure to make sure everyone is aware and reminded

Only choose this place for nearby the Dos Ojos Cenote! But the Location is not good, the road is in very bad condition and no light, not feel safe though!

There is limited energy for electricity! They use solar energy but super super little! After 10 pm until 9.30 am no electricity. If you do not charge your phone you f. Up! We had a really hard time waking up without a dead phone!! Also, the place is super new a lot of things missing! Also NO Air Condition!!! So it's not. Good for hotel!!

The location is excellent, allowing you to relax here and easily visit Cenote Dos Ojos with just a 5-minute walk. I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is clean and well-organized, with a small kitchen in the room. There's also a nearby restaurant that closes at 5 pm. The staff is incredibly friendly and informative. A special thanks to Julian for not only introducing us to the attractions in Cancun and Tulum but also providing reasonably priced transportation services. Moreover, he went above and beyond by returning the phone I accidentally left in the car.
