It was a magical experience, the staff were beyond accomodating and exceptionally friendly. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in a sumblime natural Environment.

Good size cabin with your own little patch of seclusion. Bed was so comfy, fireplace was good for a night but obviously Winter would be more enjoyable. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking gear. Good sized fridge. If you want somewhere to chill and forget about the daily grind then this is the place. Go recharge the soul as it's worth the money. Thanks for the stay....

Only thing that was a negative was the march flies out on the deck. I'm guessing Winter you'd be OK. Only thing we couldn't find was a dust pan and brush which would of come in handy cleaning up around the fireplace. That said there's not too much to complain about..

It really is the perfect location if you just want to chill out for a couple of days. We saw so much wildlife, eels, emu, a Wallaby, a couple of swimming snakes and loads of different birds. We were totally isolated and private and didn’t see anyone else. Our cabin was right on the edge of a large pond (the Luv Shack). It had everything you need but take your own provisions.

The flies. Also you need to be aware that there is nothing around unless you want to drive the beach in a 4wd It’s a huge area but there are so few walking trails which is a shame. If you want to go anywhere else it’s about a 1 hr drive but Yeppoon is really lovely. The General Store is good for breakfast and lunch but has very few provisions.
