Beautiful property with amazing rooms, swimming pool and garden in a very quiet environment. Very nice safaris as well.

Service was very bad unfortunately… Housekeeping didn’t make the bed, we were gone 5 hours for our morning safaris, we came back and the room has not been made, our lunch in room service stayed in the bedroom for 24 hours until we had to call reception to ask them to collect it. Very unorganised, they didn’t give us our room key, we called three times and had to wait an hour for them to bring it… We were here to celebrate our engagement and we didn’t really benefit from this 5 star hotel services at all. We discovered on our way out of the property that there was a spa… No one showed us anything in the property.

Attention to detail in the little things was special.

The pick up facility and the arrangements at the parking at the bottom are quite average and the experience is underwhelming on arrival. Also the management of the pick up is quite haphazard.

The resort was in a forested area that gave a good feel of Corbett. Our room had a sit out that was very private and looked out only at the forest. Food at the restaurant was outstanding. the singer and band at the outdoor sitting area in the evening were all very good. The staff were invariably corteous and helpful and the nature guides were knowledgeable. In all it was a most enjoyable stay.

It was great property and we enjoyed the activities inside the playing zone and the hi-tea meets every evening. They also arranged a holi get together with rain dance which was a highlight to me.

We lost our lower due to bad weather and there was no solution to it.
