Limpeza do chalé, banheiros sujos, louças sujas, roupas de cama manchadas( não dá pra saber se foi trocada ou está usada) Piscina suja, foi reclamado e não foi limpa, não foi possível usar. TV não funcionava, foi avisado e não foi trocada, ficou todos os dias sem TV.
