Розташований котедж у дуже мальовничому місці. З вікон в номерах відкривається дуже гарна панорама гір.

Грибок у душевій кабіні, дуже сильний сморід каналізаційної ями, що розповсюджується по всій території, не ввічливий персонал, відсутність тестерів шампуню та одноразових капців, брудний посуд в номері. Півтори доби не було води, тому довелося витирати тіло вологими серветками після сходження на гору Хомʼяк. Це був дуже неприємний сюрприз.
