El hotel tiene unas vistas hermosas y no se complicaron cuando hicimos una petición extra.

El agua de las duchas no era fría, pero no lo suficientemente calientita para lo que acostumbramos, y había que esperar para que calentara.

"Decepcionante, estuvimos ahí, unos años atrás, por eso regresamos esta vez, pero fue un fiasco"

Frío, oscuro, sin nadie que atendiera en el hotel a excepción del chico de recepción que poco sabía del funcionamiento del establecimiento, al reservar decía con desayuno y este servicio no dado nos dejaron unos box lunch, hervidor de agua para atendernos solos, eso no corresponde, sería mejor cerrar el lodge si no está bien atendido, lugar poco cuidado

Reservé con dos meses de anticipación y 10 días antes me pidieron anular la reserva pues no me podían recibir por estar en silla de ruedas, podrían habérmelo dicho cuando hice la reserva, a última hora tuve que buscar un nuevo alojamiento.

La ubicación es buena y la calefacción es ideal.

El baño si bien está limpio se nota desactualizado. El WC con mal drenaje, el agua (limpia) filtraba y la cortina de ducha a una altura no ideal

Informo a todos ustedes, booking y hotel Patagonia green, que hoy alrrededor de las 16:30 hrs.Nos presentamos en el establecimiento y la recepción estaba cerrada, no había información de nuestra reserva, por lo que la cabaña no estaba ni dispuesta ni preparada para recibirnos. Lo anterior es para dejar sin efecto la reserva hecha en booking, por ende no aceptaré cargo alguno. Paz
