The lodge offers a barbecue which is complimentary. Each lodge also has a private Hot tub/ Lazy spa which is charged at an additional cost per day directly with the hotel). Update for Linen House bookings: Damage deposit/card details. £1,000 deposit waiver. By completing a booking, the guest agrees to the following damage policy: A valid credit or debit card must be provided for all current and future bookings as security against damage to the property. The property may pre-authorize or charge a damage deposit before arrival or at check-in, up to the amount stated in the booking, to cover any damage, breakages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or breach of house rules during the stay. If no damage or extra costs are identified after check-out, any damage deposit or pre-authorization will be released or refunded, subject to the guest’s card provider processing times. We had a great night stay, Wendy was so lovely and helpful- brought us anything we needed and nothing was a bother to her. The cabin was clean, comfortable and very warm. The hot tub was so nice we could have stayed in it all day! We will definitely be back!

Everything, Wendy was so welcoming and even checked in on us in evening (she didn’t come in just shouted out to ask if we needed anything) it was extra care that was much appreciated! You have your own area with hot tub and complete privacy, we will defo be back!

We loved having our own privacy. It was fantastic being able to bring our wee dog. Wendy was lovely. Called in, stocked us up with wood for the fire. Wendy left my kids over an Xbox to play on and was very helpful. We had netflix. We stayed for 2 nights. The hot tub was lovely and warm. The cabin itself was toasty, maybe too warm at times. The heating can be controlled. It was nice to have some family time together. We went to Derry/Londonderry shopping and had a fantastic meal. The cabin kitchen is well equipped and you could make any meal you fancy. We had a lovely view of a river. Was lovely just watching the wildlife. I would recommend this lovely little getaway.

I would maybe bring some extra towels as we were in and out of the hot tub a lot and then showering.
