All you need to know is that they just want your money -- we have a 6-month old baby so we asked for a crib when we booked the accommodation (it says they can accommodate children of all ages). They responded that they don't have one. I wrote back saying we will need to cancel then because we can't stay somewhere without a place for our baby to sleep. They said no, no refund whatsoever. This was hours after I booked it. So obviously they don't care at all about whether we're comfortable or even have a place for our baby to sleep. But they got our money .
