"KEA by the lake"

Very comfortable and clean. Massive shared kitchen with two large fridges with freezers plus dining table. All the things you would find in a proper kitchen. Then an adjoining lounge and dining area, very comfortable and cosy. Great laundry with washing machine and drier. We found the area to be very peaceful. Set just back from the lake it is a easy walk into the main street, around 15- 20 minutes. Stayed in room 1.

"Never again !!"

Only the common kitchen and other facilities .

No chairs in the room No trash can in the room No microwave in the room The phone numbers given to us yo contact ( new Zeland numbers ) are not reachable had to call UK number 44 to speak to a customer srs person was put on hold for 10 mts on an international call!! No number provided to get access to the key got the number only after talking to the agent!! No one changed the sheets , or cleaned the room .. etc Can go on and on but not worth it !!!
