HUBungalow and the hotel facilities are excellent and perfectly clean.
It was about my tenth visit here. This hotel was once intended as a sport hotel, mainly serving the guests of the dive base and surf centre. Their restaurant once had excellent cuisine. The Lodge has now become an upper-medium quality, all-inclusive hotel, specialising on the usual, mass-holiday tourism. The place has lost its soul. I'm sorry that they changed the concept. I am even more sorry that the old manager, the chef and resto staff have left. The quality of the restaurant has deteriorated a lot. I'm not sure that there will be a 11th visit for me here. I am not a big fan of this kind of tourism, but its a good place for those ones, who like it.
GBEverything was great; rooms, breakfast, staff, location, beach, however we were there only for one night en-route to Luxor so didn’t have much time for fully enjoying the property.
I do not like resorts, it is a personal thing. It’s not my vibe. If you like resorts this is a good option.

CHGreat Restaurant, great accommodation, location close to windsurf and Kite surf centers, very good snorkeling spot close to the beach.
Proximity with other Shams resorts, full of people's and noisy..

It took us some time to check in and room AC was not working correctly… once we changed the room everything was just perfect TVs are not working correctly… signal was very poor
