EGMost staff are perfect , except reception supervisor. I had request and asked receptionist to came to meet him but he send his refuse for request without coming to talk to me, I was in vacation with my wife and didn't want to start it with complain. Even I mentioned to receptionist that I am Genus 3 with booking.com Banglou was perfect. Bathroom was different
