ZAWas nice but need more improve on adding some nice things

ZAThe rooms are nice and clean. The outside facilities are also beautiful, especially the pool area. What I didn't like...plugs not working on other rooms, no lights in the outside toilets. Also, there were too many flies in the dining hall... There's lots of solutions out there for such.

Its the location to come to the place its not visible and location made us to get lost as well both google map And Waze.They need to have a desplay of a sign or arrow of direction to the place.
ZAThe breakfast was fine but the location has a big challenge for vehicle especially raining season, we struggled to get there
Only tart road is needed otherwise the place is superb

Lodge is really far on gravel road , as well not able to contact them at all on all 3 numbers a couple times really bad with feedback when sending emails or trying to call.

When you call the person doesn't answer the phone. I called 20 times because i kept on getting lost but no one answered

They must put tap at the kitchen
ZAThe place is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and kind and the food was delicious.
Just the files and the menue, breakfast could also be changed each day instead of same meal for our stay.
