Už sodybos atsiveria nuostabios panoramos į apylinkes, sodybos pieva tvarkingai nušienauta, yra gražus sodelis, auga uogų krūmai, tinklinio ir krepšinio aikštelės, dūminė ir įprasta pirtis už papildomą mokestį. Šeimininkė Lena labai maloni, viską aprodė. Aplink gražus kaimelis Antalieptė, su įspūdingu paveldu.

Visgi patalpintos nuotraukos nevisiškai atitinka realybę. Tik atvažiavus į sodybą pasitinka silikatinių plytų namas, kuriame gyvena šeimininkė. 7 metrai už jos prasideda "kaimo sodybos" trobos, kurios yra perdaryti ūkiniai pastatai į gyvenamasiąs patalpas. Visi keturi kambariai(kurio kiekviename yra po keturias miegamas vietas), naudojasi vienu sanitariniu mazgu. Lovos - sofos ir foteliai kreivoki - tad ryte gali skaudėt nugarą. Sodyboje yra iškasti net du prūdai, tačiu abu gana murzini ir nelabai į juos norisi lįst. Iki paplūdimio, kurio nuotraukos idėtos į aprašymą, reik pavažiuot 10 minučių automobiliu.
