I and my family we had to bath with cold water

The receptionist and stuff was helpful and too friendly.

I booked for 2 rooms with Same amount but the rooms was not having same things.the wi-fi was not working, the TV not working, no shower, no hot water and the toilet was not working very well.no towels on the room we had to ask from reception but the towels was not good. Nothing to make tea in the room ...they need to emprove lots of things.

The lapa area and pool area.

The rooms given upon arrival looked like nothing we saw when booking.We booked 3 rooms but we were given 2 rooms. We had to be moved several times before we got a better room. Toilets had problems flushing, unclean water(brown), leaking taps, not all appliances listed in the rooms. We had to ask for fridges, microwave, plates and cups. We constantly had to ask for things that were listed when we booked but were not in rooms of which most were not supplied.
