The food was amazing. We had way to much plates presented to us at breakfast. Who eats this much. We enjoyed every minute of this stay.

The generator stopped at midnight. No aircon at 45°C was awful.

This lodge was the highlight of my trip and I was very sad to leave. Staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. I will miss dining on the verandah and seeing the animals drinking at the watering hole and the sun setting behind the koppie. Thanks to Mary-Jane (the ranger) for the game drive and her extensive knowledge and for sharing pictures that she took on our drive.

There was nothing that I didn't like, although I did feel bad for not being able to finish the enormous and deliscious breakfast that was brought to me.

Breakfast was amazing, great fresh food and well presented. The location is stunning, so peaceful and relaxing. Lucky and his team are such lovely people and really made our stay extra special.
