Location. It was perfect for our stay as we needed a quiet, secluded location.

Communication. We struggled to reach the place and spent a lot of fuel going around as the security at the main gate did not want us to enter the main complex. This must be communicated as visitors are held at ransom on arrangements they do not know between the owners and the complex. This was the most annoying experience as this things are not communicated with visitors. There is also no signage to indicate exactly where the location is. One has to look and ask around, which is a big let down on the visitors' part.

The apartment was nice, clean, and well equipped; overall we had a pleasant stay. You are remote and it takes some work to get there, but if you plan to come and stay at the lodge and not go in and out a lot, or if you don't mind the 30 minute drive to everything, it's a great location.

As other reviews noted, it's a 30 minute drive to the reception area, and the last 10 minutes of it is a dirt road - some parts of it are a bit dodgy if you're not in a high rise. Also, the wifi doesn't really reach the apartment; fortunately we had MTN service out there pretty good. Also, actually finding the place wasn't hard, per se, but also wasn't super easy. We never did get a pin to the actual house, so the last 10 minutes on the dirt road was a bit confusing where it actually was. The host gave us directions, but they weren't 100% clear if you've never been there before. And when we finally got to the property gate, there was no one to meet us and another guest had to let us in. So, could definitely improve in the check-in department.

Unit very clean....pool very clean.

Gas bottle empty at start of long weekend.....no water on 2nd night....need to inform people 4×4 needed to access premises.

The restaurant had good food The quietness in the accommodation cleanness of the pool

Restaurant was far from the accommodation area, probably more than 20minutes drive. The road to the accommodation had no signs ,had to ask people on the way. Please do not go there when it is dark, you will definitely get lost and there is no network signal for GPS.
