Restaurant food and service need improvement. Entertainment facilities far from chalets. Food menu is restricted.

La réserve est superbe. Nous avons pu observer de nombreux animaux autour du lodge et sur les routes qui mènent au centre d'activités. Le personnel était très attentionné.

Nous avons eu des problèmes de plomberie dans le lodge mais on a quand même passé un excellent séjour en famille.

The lodge was nice, spacious.

The lodge was not properly cleaned, distance from the main gate to the reception is 4.1 km and then you collect the keys and have to drive another 4.1 km's back to the lodge. Driving on the gravel road and the rainy condition did not make it pleasant. Restaurants needs to have more options, very limited and over priced, including the shop. A lot of day visitors which makes it very hard for residents to enjoy the warm pool as the weather was terrible during my stay. They also do not tell you when you booking that you need to pay for WiFi and Airconditioning

Beautiful nature and facilities. We went quad biking, and it was awesome. The pizza and chicken schnitzel were delicious.

There was a trainee that helped us check in, and he was extremely nervous and took a long time, but I'm sure he will improve with time and guidance. The curry we had at the restaurant didn't taste like curry at all. The cocktails took a very long time, even though there were only a few guests at the restaurant at the time.
