Outstanding and very friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Unfortunately, the room was very outdated and there were renovation works going on during my stay. It did not bother me too much as I was exploring Capetown during the day. The reception and breakfast area had already been renovated and were very nice.

"Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, schönes Frühstück."

Spitzenlage mit Blick auf den Tafelberg. Schöne Terrasse und gute Restaurants und Kneipe in der Nähe, auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. Unsere spätere Abreise machte es erforderlich, dass wir das Gepäck erst später abholen mussten. Das war ohne Probleme möglich.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein für das Gepäck....

"Kleines Hotel in bester Lage"

- das Personal ist der Hauptgrund für den wundervollen Aufenthalt und war sehr nett und zuvorkommend - die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet - das Frühstück war qualitativ hochwertig - die Aussicht auf den Tafelberg und Lionshead - die Lage - das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, überragendes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis

"Amazing but underwhelming"

Great breakfast included. Bissa was most helpful and so friendly. All the staff was amazing. 10 min Uber to the Waterfront

Seems like focus is on the conference centre and hosting. Was underwhelming. Very hot in Cape Town and no fridge to store cold water in room. The rooms desperately need an air conditioner ! Bathroom very basic, not even toilet spray included. The local bar and weed dispensary across the hotel stays open after midnight resulting in loud noise and weed smell all evening with balcony doors open (as it's way too hot without air-conditioning to close) . Staff are really fantastic though.
