"Beautiful weekend escape"

Amazing location and good guided directions to find it. The room was incredible and a cozy fireplace included. On-site restaurant provided meals of a good standard and the spa facilities were brilliant. Very relaxing stay with the day excursions, overall!

There was some confusion about the cost (I ended up paying $20 more than the advertised price, so there must have been some error as it was already discounted and booking.com were discounting on top of that, which was not honored by the hotel). Also I thought 'breakfast included' was for both mornings of my stay, but it was only for the value of one breakfast. Finally, there was some difficulty getting hot flowing water to fill the jacuzzi tub in the room which is totally normal in Ecuador, but with some help from the very accommodating staff they were able to fix it!
