Breakfast

Bed bugs in bed, cobwebs, unhygienic towels, red ants everywhere, unhelpful staff. There is not even a kettle. We need to depend on everything from staff who are not available all time

Best breakfast we had during our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka! Lovely Cabanas & super kind owner and team :) Also the dog Roxy is so cute! Walking to the beach takes a while but with a TukTuk it’s only 5 min and costs 1.00-1.50 Euro 😊 Would definitely come back 😊

The most exceptional parts of the stay were breakfasts! Kindly made by the keeper of Cabanas - Loco, who explain everything about ingredients and cooked vegan options. All members of the stuff did everything to provide comfortable and pleasant stay. Location is really good - trees, beautiful birds, but there is a one nuance, if you do not like insects like mosquitoes and others use spray or aroma stick to avoid a meeting with them. In general cabanas was really comfortable accommodation even for a long stay. Highly recommended for nature lovers and people who like explore new locations.

The staff couldn't do enough to help, organising tuk tuk, providing timetables and ideas for onward travel, explaining all about the flora and fauna. The breakfasts were amazing. Great stay.

It was eco friendly , nice and quiet place to spend the time if you wanna relax..staff was very kind and friendly as well..can't forget the excellent breakfast as well

The staff imediately made us feel at home. they took a keen interest in our well being and gave us many tips for the area. Loku was an amazing host and desreves a special mention. His cooking skils were exemplerary.

A kettle in the room would have been a bonus

Everything, the staff, the nature, the cabanas, everything was perfect. A place to find peace and serenity.

The property is in a really nice location about 15 minutes walk to the beach. You can watch monkeys in the tree outside or swim in the pool. Kolitha (Loku) was the best host, always pointing out birds or lizards, explaining all the food and traditions and when I didn’t feel well he made me Ayurvedic medicine. Thank you!

Boys running the place were friendly and very informative of the local flora and fauna, best breakfast ever, absolutely delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, probably spoilt as our holiday had only began. Can only highly recommend this place.
