The lodges are brilliant. Warm, excellent shower, comfy bed, great tea and coffee facilities. Nigel the host was absolutely superb, gave us a lift down to the restaurant and back. Brilliant service and very good information about local collierys

"Nice accommodation"

Pods were great, clean, well fitted out and quiet.owner kindly ran us to the pub in Greenhead.

Compared to other accommodation on the pennine way rather pricey. Breakfast took a long time coming which knocked us back for the day.
