Kintamani Cabins

The thermal pool was small but very nice. The breakfast was sufficient. the view was beautifulstaff was helpful and friendly

local guests make noise until late in the evening and very early in the morning.they should definitely take precautions

bathrooms could have been cleaner and the staff weren’t really present so was hard to get any information

Dani and his wife Tina were great organised us a lovely guide (Dakut) for MT Batur sunrise hike, once Finished the hot pools were just what was needed to soothe the legs no spa needed

Once you bring a eye mask and ear plugs you will be fine also adaptor

The bathroom was very dirty & there was a really disgusting smell coming from the bathroom & even into the bedroom. The bathroom was full of ants & insects. There were no shower gel nor even hand soap. Also the owner charged us 900k for 2 people for the Mt Batur Jeep sunrise tour & black lava & black sand, which according to me is very expensive & really not worth it. The jeep we got was extremely uncomfortable, very old & it had difficulty going up & the suspension was so bad that it had to go extremely slow.. overall very unpleasant experience.

Comfortable room, nice hot spring pool, delicious food

the staff were amazing and accomodating. very good views of Batur and agung. the cabins were comfortable and the warm pools were great.

Fine breakfast, wonderful hotspring pool, nice garden nice staff, great room

Only problem is there are so many fly around but not only at the hotel but everywhere even at the peak of Batur.
