"The place need a small a new touch and a little of upgrade in the bathrooms"

The staff was welcoming ,friendly ,helpful .

As guests we need a small bottle of foam bath and soap in the bathrooms . No variaty for breakfast .Limited options

"Pleasant stay. Will stay there again on future visits to Ladysmith."

Breakfast was very nice and freshly cooked. Very accommodating of early times. Dining room pleasantly located and comfortable.

Some things in room needed some maintenance or fixing. Outside jacuzzi not working. Tennis court dilapidated.

"BESIDES THE COMPLAINT RE ARRIVAL MY STAY WAS VERY COMFORTABLE."

THE CLEANLINESS AND COMFORT OF THE B&B. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT.

NOT VERY EFFICIENTLY RUN...ON MY ARRIVAL SEVERAL OF US WAITED FOR APPROX 15MINS BEFORE SOMEONE ARRIVED TO LET US IN.
