Boho lodge Montezuma l&l

Boho Lodge was a paradise with beautifully kept grounds and comfortable cabins. Lying in the hammock by the refreshing pool was so relaxing. William and Beatriz are amazing hosts, willing to help out in many ways.

Everything about it is a 10 out of 10. No brainer spot to stay!

Our best cabins in Costa Rica 😊👏 well kept, clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. The pleasure of being surrounded by threes and flowers while still having super comfort. Clean and maintained swimming pool. Staff was amazing friendly and present when we needed something. Breakfast was not included but we received a home baked bread and marmelade the first day.

there are only 3 cabins in a quiet place between Montezuma and Cabuya. The owner is a great guy and lives there with his family. Great pool, a 2-minute walk to the beach.

the internet is problematic and can get frustrating if you are there with work to do. The owner helped tremendously with this.

Everything! The resort was quiet and clean with very friendly staff. Located in the jungle where we could hear howler monkeys in the distance (we loved that) and there was all kinds of wildlife around. Check-in was super easy, and the homemade bread and jam in the fridge upon arrival was such a nice (and delicious) touch. The cabin came equipped with all of the necessities, and the air conditioning in the rooms was excellent. Parking was available and near our cabin, and the internet (important to us) was decent. The owners were also friendly and always available, ready to chat and provide any information/advice needed.

I wish there was air conditioning in the living room of our cabin, but understand that this is expensive and we were after all, in the jungle so it didn't affect us too, too much. There was air conditioning in the rooms, and that was most important to us as it made for a comfortable sleep. So technically, no air conditioning in the living room wasn't a big deal, but if I have to say what I didn't like, it's a hard search and this is all I could land on.

William was so helpful with explaining how to get to the property (since it is a bit tricky being so secluded), and was very warm and welcoming in general! The rooms are all within a massive garden, full of interesting plants and trees, and complete with a pool which is really nice to swim in at night when lit up. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a large porch where you can chill out. Plenty of toads and insects jumping around!

We loved the lush tropical garden with only 4 houses. It felt very private and the pool was the perfect place to cool off. The hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive. Really great stay, would recommend it to anyone!

The beds were really comfortable, although the double bed is not very big.

- free private parking onsite - great swimming pool cleaned daily - lots of animals to see onsite on the garden or running around in the surrounding area - excellent staff and hosts with superb communication. They provide all the information you require before getting there and also during your stay - fully equipped kitchen - good insulation and protection from bugs and mosquitos.

- the road to get there could be improved but that's by no means the owner's fault
