Please note children under 8 years of age cannot be accommodated in any of the rooms. Some other units may accommodate children under 8. Breakfast is included only for double, triple and quadruple rooms. Houses do not include breakfast, this can be purchased for CLP $7,000 per person. No pets are allowed. Rates for rooms include: - 1 hour per day special relaxation bath with Cahuil salt and eucalyptus leaves - 1 hour per day sauna Cottage, Bungalow, or House rates include: - 1 hour per day sauna - 1 hour per day cypress wooden hot tub Please note previous coordination with the front desk is required and towels are not provided. -- LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
