The room was clean

The gate was not closing, area seems bit dark and shady. Parking was bit cramped by the flats not easy to navigate, easy for other cars to scratch you

We had to wait for almost 40min before, being helped at reception And the property is next to a weed shop. That wasn’t disclosed.

The hot water and location.

The bathrooms have mold everywhere. Shower curtains also unclean. Towels are dirty. The mattress wasn't covered. They just put a fitted sheet only. We also spotted a few cockroaches. I've been staying at Ivory lodge for a fews years but lately it's becoming uncomfortable.

"I can’t talk much as I went there in the evening and woke up early in the morning and leave"

Venue was accessible and the room was good with facilities but not really clean Bed was comfortable

The room was not that clean, I wanted to ask them to come to clean it but unfortunately there was no phone to call the reception
