The gravel on the road needs a fix it’s the only problem we had

From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely out of this world! The staff was welcoming , friendly and the willingness to assist with anything we needed made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The lodge itself is well-kept, and the attention to detail in the service really sets it apart. Every interaction with the staff felt genuine and caring, which made a huge difference in our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here thanks to the exceptional service, especially from Mathapelo and Dora, and we would gladly return.

The only issue we experienced was that the room had a strange smell — almost like carpet — which was odd because there was no carpet in the room. While it didn’t completely ruin our stay, it was noticeable and could be improved for an even better guest experience.

All was perfect

I visited the lodge 3 years ago, the standard seems to not have improved at all. It felt like I was not getting value for my money. Went with half board and what was offered was bare minimum. Service and professionalism was a 4. -Welcome - Activities - Food ☹️( I’m not even a food person) -Bedroom( the shower water splashed all over the bathroom )
