The location was incredible, but was matched by the facilities and the hospitality of Warren and Carol. The room was excellent and we enjoyed the view so much we got take out from town and came back to eat out on the balcony. The breakfast was perfect. We really wish we could have stayed longer

From the breakfast to the location. Everything was exceptional. The host was the most wonderful person. Kindly made everything perfect for our stay. Adjusted the breakfast as my partner is vegetarian and made sure we were comfortable.

Amazing views, stunning sunrises, great deck with BBQ that we used both nights, gorgeous private studio with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with spa bath and double shower. Beautiful breakfasts of cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, and ham and cheese croissants, delivered to our door. Very friendly, welcoming hosts.

Liked everything and didn't want to leave. Would advise arriving during daylight as the long driveway may be a bit daunting in the dark.

The accommodation was superb, modern, and well fitted out. The owners are super friendly, and they provide a lovely continental breakfast as part of the booking. Located right at the top of a hill, it presented breathtaking views out over Whitianga Bay. Located about 10 minutes drive to the heart of Whitianga township, it's the best if both world. Highly recommend.

The road up to property is not suitable for all vehicles, so check before booking.
