Nice location, clean

Stayed in cabin number 3. Furnace of the bathtub is deformated so you can fit 2-3 logs at a time, therefore we needed to heat the water for 5+ hours. Water foat in the toilet is broken, so it does not fill with water. Booked cabin for 5 people, sheets were prepared only for 4 people. When we called to ask if something can be done regarding this situation just received “we don’t know how this is happened, but no, you will not have more sheets”

Amazing location. Airco + heating was very good. The ability to cook and store your own food (altough the fridge was dirty, with open products from the previous visitors). Parking at your cabin. Easy check-in (information beforehand)

Shower did not work properly, only 4 streams came out of it. NO MIRROR in the bathroom (for someone with contacts, this is a no-go, also for shaving and styling hair.) There were mounts installed for the mirror but no mirror.

ANTS! ANTS! and even more ANTS!!! The kitchen was the only facility we needed and counted on because we travelled 3 countries with food. We did not dare to put our food in the kitchen, because of ants walking around. We cleaned up the ants multiple times, and plugged the walls, but even then they came through. We wanted to put our food up on top of a cabinet but there was alot of dust and mice poop there. Also the kitchen material was incomplete (no cooking pot) and very dirty. We had to wash everything before using. Cutting bords were wet and greasy stored away. Even if we could cook with the materials they provided (again, no pots provided), we wouldn't because of the hygiene problems. The shower also didn't work (build-up chalk) We had to walk sideways along the front door, to put weight on the planks beneath it, otherwise the door dragged on the floor and we could not open or close the door easily. We are very dissapointed for staying in cabin number 4. Paid full price, for very bad facilities.
