Quiet location with Stunning views, the property was lovely and cozy I will definitely be back

Was perfect in every way

Well equipped lodges on a stunning location overlooking the sea. The balcony is a bonus for watching nature and the view changes all the time. We saw deer, a seal and even a pine marten on our balcony which was amazing! Our host was on hand at all times and when our washing machine stopped working a new one was installed the same day. Excellent property in a rural location.

We particularly liked the setting that was peaceful during our stay. We also loved the wildlife that we were able to observe close to our accommodation. It was nice to have some welcome goodies. Friendly host.

The view is absolutely stunning. Guests are paying for the view. The kitchen was well equipped.

The chalet was more dated than I had expected, given the price. The view was the standout feature but the place itself needs an update. My other issue was with the host. When I booked, I received a series of emails about payment which were unnecessarily detailed and demanding. Once method of payment was sorted, I continued to receive emails with many details and requirements, beyond what I have experienced before. To top it off, the host arrived at our chalet prior to check out time to check we were leaving. I am not aware of anything that we did that would have justified this.

We stayed in Mallard Lodge. The view from the living room was absolutely beautiful and the experience as a whole was extremely peaceful and really just perfect.
