GBGBGBI really loved how cosy it was, I thought that you could easily adjust the temperature of the hut to your liking, the fire was quick to heat and also there was plenty windows to open to cool off. Staff were extremely helpful and always around the site, so. I’m not sure what the other comments were saying about staff not being there? I wouldn’t agree with that comment at all. We had lots of help when looking about and from staff with the fire. We ordered drinks to the hot tub on the first night and they kindly gave us two more for free as they missed the order at first, which I thought to be really good service and shows they do care about their quality of service. Drinks were lovely, one of the best cocktails I’ve had recently. Very relaxing experience ☺️
there wasn’t much we didn’t enjoy however our bathroom light didn’t turn on. That was the only downside but we did manage.
