It was very dated and the rooms were not exactly the cleanest.

Ok location but it was very dated and didn’t feel very clean. Very dated and the room smelt a bit fusty.

The pool was good standard

Dated, run down, bathroom was very basic shower didn’t work!! And shower curtains are not needed. Noisy corridors in the evening, security needed to me better

Good breakfast, helpful staff, access to spa area, gym and swimming pool was a bonus

Very noisy bar area with lots of children using the furniture as a playground.

Convenient for what we needed. Access to pool. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly. Clean enough albeit dated.

It was what we needed for a nearby event we were at. However. Hotel part is a little dated. If booked i wpuod enquire in future if any events on as ive stayed here a few times now and this one plus other ones had parties on. This wedding was wild. Fighting out front amd in corridor at 4am. These thjngs happen but there was no courtesy to other guests as although signs up for courteous to other guests the corridors were a riot after midnight a d the music was heard all throigh the hotel, so its pretty contradictory in that respect. I am all for a party snd celebrations but there was no enforcement for noise reduction, I dont mind some noise as ifs a party but to keep the music blaring and not to try and appeal to guests better nature or if unable call for support. All guests from party were unhappy with this, and when spoke with staff reply was they were not to talk about it. Really soured it to be honest

Very old. Needs a good clean and decorated. Beds were very uncomfortable. Mattress collapsed when lay /sat on. Light switches didn’t always work. Shower was very poor (sink tap was stronger) Guests were fighting in the corridors throughout the night. Guests fighting outside the hotel entrance upon arrival. Rooms door lock was questionable. Room couldn’t get cleaned as there was no spare key. We had the only key!
