The Warwick lodge

Location was lovely and quiet ,,the lodge itself was well equipped and comfortable, hot tub was wonderful, would definitely consider staying again Everyone on the site were very friendly and the Time Out Tavern, although, small was lovely welcoming and staff were lovely

Due to the many trees and what seemed stagnent water there were lits of wasps in and around the lodge,

We really liked it and would recommend. It was great value Spacious and well presented. Modern large hot tub Accommodated 4 adults and 3 children easily.

There is no gate on the decking which affects safety of dogs and children. A cheap fix for the owner. Kitchen is very tired at least needs new cupboard doors or coverings for them. Well presented and tidy is ready for a good spring clean / TLC. There is an excessive gap between the hot tub and the decking - this should be remedied in some way as items lost / lost limbs

This is no reflection of the lodge, but the lake stunk!! Like open sewers all weekend

Beautiful lodge, clean and everything you need there for you, including tea/coffee ect. Really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was fantastic.

Lovely Lodge it was very spacious and on the whole very clean with nice touches to make it homely. Instructions on how to obtain entry to the lodge was nice and easy. Lovely peaceful setting and an ideal location for visiting nearby attractions. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hanging space for our clothes. The table on the veranda looked new and large enough for a family, I can't comment on the hot tub as we never used it. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this Lodge. One last thing, We did have an incident where the water went off in the lodge, this was due to a pipe coming loose underneath the lodge, after a phone call to the owner this was immediately sorted out, thank you.

If I was being very picky, I think all the crockery needs replacing as they are very worn, probably after numerous times in the dishwasher. The rattan furniture on the veranda was tired and we avoided one chair as the seat was sagging. The kitchen blind is badly soiled, and above the cooker the covering on the extractor fan door is loose and looks to be heat damaged.One last thing, again me being very picky the sofas although very nice and very comfortable could do with a clean. The above are little niggles hence my rating of 8 otherwise it would have been a10. The time out Tavern on site was never open when we were visiting which was disappointing.

Crockery disgraceful .kitchen needs replacement. Sofas need deep clean.outdour furniture rusted and frayed .. dangerous....
