"Didn't meet the expectation, worst experience"

The staff was humble and polite

We have already mentioned our check in time, but when we arrived the room was still cleaning(which was at 5.00 pm evening). Nd after entering a disgusting smell was persisting in the room as it's the next minute after cleaning. Room and it's facility didn't meet the expectation. It was a small room( had a balcony) and the bathroom was very smaller in which the closet were placed in centre, so it it inconvenient to take a bath. The shower was not working. There were no any dressing stand in the bathroom. Hot water was not coming during our stay. Bt on next day when we mentioned them the complaint.. They checked and later hot water came. Anyway it was the worst kind of stay in my experience.

"Poor staff but lovely room"

Beautiful views, really spacious homely room. Stunning balcony. Good shower.

Staff didn't help or suggest any tours he left for the whole day and night and because its so remote and far away from shops ect it was hard to organise. It would have been helpful if he told us the best way of transport would be. Room was extremely dusty and numerous different bugs landing on the bed and crawling into the walls.

"Exceptional"

Great place to stay! Rooms were Neat & Tidy with an excellent balcony. SHIVA is a Gem! He Took care of everything a Tourist Nedded. Home made Dinner & Breakfast were too good. Highly recommend!
