MYComfortable, friendly neighbours. There’s no warm shower, but there is washing machine & detergent and utensils and other basic amneties such as cupboards etc.
The entrance door got quite hole at bottom and 1 of the aircond the swinger broke. And forest ant will swarm once you start preparing food and start cooking.

MYIt’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained..Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner. People around was extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you uncle for being a nice host.
MYI liked that the bed was comfortable, there were two toilets. The area was very quiet, can hear insects at night. There was a water boiler and washing machine. Good place if you want to do exploring, do visit Mount Gading and allocate enough time for the summit. There was also wifi in room. So you can do online research about tourist spots.
We didn't use the outdoor kitchen. There was a gap under the main door, so the cats could come in at night. There's no hot water to bathe, but that's expected. You yourself must be resourceful and adapt. Best to rent a car too.

MYMYPeaceful guest house in country side near road side between Lundu and Sematan. We liked the fact that we could drive to both places (different beaches) quite fast. Facilities at guest house were good, we booked for 3 persons , there was space for 6 persons to sleep as one bedroom had 2 queen size beds. There is a nice outside kitchen with a BQ pit.
If I were with children I would have liked the swimming pool (small pool near kitchen) to be filled up with clean water. when we were there there was no water inside.
