"The place is amazing, has friendly staff, beautiful views, and exciting activities, the breakfast buffet was a cherry on"

The views, the activities, the facilities, security.

The menu is limited, the network and WIFI coverage was poor, the cleanness was not to the par, the bath tub was not clean, and the shower drainage was draining very slow, the room did not have an air conditioner.

The cleanliness, ambiance and views.

I got hurt on the long Tom due to negligence and no guidance from reception about the hiking trail and what to expect. We had to figure out everything on our own, she was full of pride. It left a bitter taste in my mouth, I had to fight to be heard.
