Central location with a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were clean and very comfortable. Delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of variety. Highly recommended.

The room was excellent, on two levels with a sitting room the stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom. The balcony had great views. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast very nice. Location amazing

The staffs here have won my heart! They're very kind and welcoming, inviting us for free breakfast on our first day here, and offering a place to shower after our Sapa tour. They even made us a dinner box when we're leaving the place, which saved our lives when we're stuck in the heavy rain later. 10/10 service! The breakfast is great, and the room is also beaultiful. They have a cute cute cat, which is also a plus!

The property was amazing it looked so cosy and rustic with amazing views and well worth the money. I felt so relaxed and comfortable.

I had an incredible stay here! The hospitality was truly heart-warming. Even though I arrived early in the morning from Hanoi, the hotel kindly offered us a free breakfast while waiting for our room. Before we left, they even prepared sandwiches and water for our journey back. It felt like being cared for by family. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were always there to help with a smile. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone!

Beautiful accommodations right in the centre of Sapa town! Very clean and modern rooms, with all the amenities. I arrived very early morning on the sleeper train, and was able to not only leave my luggage but also to have a shower to freshen up before heading out on a trek for the day, even though I didn’t check in until later. My room had gigantic windows so I could see all of the neon lights at night, which was very cool. It is a very short walk to the Sun Plaza where you start the journey to Fansipan.
