the host was very friendly. they proactively showed us the lodge and shared some tips on weather and the slopes. room was spacious. continental breakfast very good. conveniently located

no kettle and tv in room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Snowlines Lodge. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and committed to ensuring that each guest has the best experience possible during their stay. They do a great job suggesting the best mountain to visit on a given day based on the weather and recommending a quality restaurant for dinner. Special shout out to James who I felt like went above and beyond to make my stay a highlight of my trip to Japan.

Lodge staff are very friendly and accommodate all of our needs. (restaurants recommendations and booking, transportation for arrival/ departure etc.). Room is tidy and view is decent, heating is sufficient. It is located close to highstreet and not far from ski resorts. The lodge has a great vibe and guests get along well.
