Please note: There is a nonrefundable pet fee at the property. Please contact for pricing and details. 1) At check-in, guests are authorizing the property to place a hold on their credit card for full nightly room charges (rate + tax) and an additional 30% hold for incidentals. Upon check-out, guests are charged for their stay (room + tax). The 30% incidental hold will be released, if after check-out, the room has been inspected and cleared of additional cleaning fee, missing and/or damages, etc. Please note, the incidental release may take 7 to 10 business days to take effect. A $200.00 security deposit is required for cash paying guests. 2) Office Hours: The office is open 7 days a week from 08:00 am to 19:00. If a guest will be checking in after office hours, please call the after hours assistance at 760-765-1420.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
